BILS, with the support of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) organised a study circle titled, “ILC-2018: Agenda and Progress” on July 7, 2018 at BILS Seminar Hall. Developing a set of skilled and committed Youth Trade Union Leadership who Playing the role in the national trade union sector for improving the standard of life and rights of the working class people was the main objective of the programme. ILO Bangladesh Programme Officer Uttam Kumar Das presented three keynote papers where he discussed about ILO supervisory machinery, ILO main bodies and International Labour Conference and the Core Labour Standards.
