BILS, with the support of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) organised a workshop titled “Ensuring Rights and Social Safety of Tea Workers”, on November 26, 2016 at Bangladesh Tea Board Auditorium in Srimongol.
Main objective of the workshop was to find out the problems and solutions according to demands of Tea Workers.
Leaders of Tea gardens, Valley and Ponchayet Committee, Union Committee, National Federations, Representatives of Local Government, Government Officials and Lawyer participated in the workshop.
